A: We typically use USPS priority mail but if something is needed immediately an extra charge will encure for overnight shipping.

Q: How does customization work?

A: As you browse through the products you can select "add to cart" and upon receiving your order, you will receive a phone call to confirm your order and you will be asked a few more questions, such as favorite colors, basket type, etc, to make the gift more specific to your recipient.

Q: What if I don't know exactly what they would want?

A: That's ok! Our team will ask a few questions to jog your memory or just ask your permission to use our imagination. What ever the case may be, we'll make the gift special.

Q: Is there more then one way to place an order?

A: Absolultely! You can place it online, fax it in, email it or give us a call. To fax or email all you need is the purchase order form.

Q: Can I get a name on a robe?

A: Absoultely, there is an extra charge of just $10.00 per name per robe to your order.

Q: Do you offer Private shopping parties?

A: Yes we do. To book a party, please email us with your requested day and time. You can also host a catalogue party if you are not local (in MD).

Q: What's the best way to contact you?

A: Email is the best and quickest way to contact us. If you do need to call us, 877-475-1171. If you are directed to voicemail, please leave a message as we listen to them throughout the day and will call you back as soon as possible.

Q: Do you offer your products in bulk for a discount?

A: Yes we do! The best way, at this point, is to email us and let us send you an invoice with the discounted price.
